Who I am
I was born in southern Styria in 1993 and grew up on a farm surrounded by living natural cycles and old knowledge. Based on this knowledge I started to learn about alternative medicine. After graduating from high school, I started my training as a medical massage therapist in Graz in 2013. Shortly after, I completed a therapeutic massage training and at the same time began to read about nutrition and traditional medical systems. Thus my interest in integral medicine grew and I deepened my knowledge of the psyche-soma connection. In 2018 my path led me to Switzerland, where I have been studying Traditional European Naturopathy since 2020.
My professional stations took me to Vienna, among other places, where I gained experience at the practices of Dr. Günther Gal and Dr. Zorica Mijalkovic. From 2015 I had my own practice in my home country, which deepened my understanding of therapeutic work and had a lasting impact on me as a therapist and as a person. Until 2023 I have been able to expand my specialist knowledge in the popular Heart wellness lounge in the heart of Zurich and since 2023 I have been working in my own practice again.
I am fascinated by the wisdom of nature and how it manifests itself in us humans. A force is constantly working within us to maintain or restore balance. It is my aim to recognize where this process currently stands and how I can support it in the best possible way. In this context, the body-soul-spirit unity is just as natural to me as the fact that as a therapist I initiate healing processes and do not carry them out.

What I do
Although my interest spans many areas of therapeutic work, my work is currently centered on bodywork, naturopathy and nutritional advice.
Bodywork
Bodywork is one of the oldest and most effective methods in alternative medicine. Muscles become supple again, tendons relax, nerves get back their space - in short: Energy can flow again and people feel better. At the same time, gentle touches trigger a veritable surge of hormones in the body: neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine are released at the same time as oxytocin, while stress hormones are reduced.
My manual style has resulted from various training. Elements from myofascial release, classic massage and acupressure probably form the pillars of my work. Depending on your needs and concerns, other techniques are included. You can find an overview of the methods I have learned under Training.
Naturopathy
Traditional European naturopathy, TEN for short, is a holistic medical system that has its origins in the occident. The aim is to educate the patient about the holistic meaning of their condition, to get to know a new perspective and to show a comprehensible and therefore walkable way of how health can be brought back on track. I use various diagnostic and therapy methods and create a therapy concept that best corresponds to the nature and beliefs of the patient.
I offer the following therapy methods:
- iris diagnosis
- pulse diagnosis
- tongue diagnosis
- Mycotherapy
- Phytotherpy by 2025
Individualized nutritional advice
Chronic fatigue, bloated feeling, joint pain, PMS - a weakened digestive tract can manifest itself in different ways. Ancient medical systems knew how important the digestive system is for our health, and modern conventional medicine has been working for some time to give this little-researched system more space in its latitudes too. The combination of scientific knowledge with the experiential healing view of TEN enables me to view and treat the organism of my patients and clients in its individuality. I look forward to accompanying and supporting you with my knowledge. Because as Ann Wigmore said, our food can either be the safest and most potent form of medicine, or the slowest path to illness.
The following methods are used:
- Intestinal cleansing
- laboratory analysis
- Micronutrient therapy
